   Physical capture

   A tagged item, carton, pallet, or asset passes a read point, or a handheld sweeps a zone.

   The reader reports the tag identifier, the antenna it was seen on, and the time. No line of sight and no stopping the material. Read rate is a physical result of tag choice, surface, antenna placement, and RF environment, so Arrowhead measures it on your items before the design is fixed.

   Mobi software

   What Mobi does with what was captured

   Mobi Inventory turns reads into item records, counts, and reports inside the approved deployment. RFID Lab is where readers are tested, tuned, and diagnosed during implementation and afterwards.

   Current limits

   Mobi Inventory is available today and is scoped to the sites and item records approved for the deployment. Generally available multi-facility stock balances are not part of it.

   System of record

   Where the result has to land

   Reads become transactions, count results, or asset status updates and are sent to the system of record over an approved API, webhook, or file interface on a schedule you set.

   When something stops working

   One Arrowhead ticket covers the reader, the printer, the tag, and the Mobi side. Hardware is repaired in-house in Chandler, Arizona, and escalated to the manufacturer where the device is covered by a Zebra service program.

What the proof actually shows

Every claim below is labeled with who produced it. Arrowhead delivering a system, a vendor publishing a result from another partner's deployment, a credential a third party issued us, software we run ourselves, a capability we offer, and a direction we have not shipped are different things, and they are labeled differently.

  Curtiss-Wright cut production order processing from 7 days to 24 hours with a site-wide RFID system.

  Arrowhead delivered the system with Xemelgo and Zebra Technologies. Xemelgo supplied the tracking software, not Mobi. Results are published by Zebra Technologies.

  Read-rate testing on your items and packaging happens before a rollout is priced.

  Site surveys, on-metal and near-liquid tag testing, and pilot read-rate measurement are standard Arrowhead practice, not a customer result.
