Onsite Installation & Rollouts
Expert deployment and configuration at your facilities nationwide
What this service actually covers
The operational problem
Hardware arrives in boxes and the rollout stalls: devices are unconfigured, mounts do not fit the structure, and the network was never tested at the read point.
Scope
Staging and kitting in Chandler, configuration, onsite installation, capture-point validation, integration smoke testing, and handover to the operating team.
What you receive
- Devices staged, configured, and kitted before they leave Chandler
- Asset and serial record for every unit deployed
- Readers, antennas, and printers mounted, aimed, and validated in place
- Measured reads or scans at each capture point against the design
- Integration smoke test against the system of record
- As-built documentation and a trained shift
What Arrowhead is responsible for
- Pre-configure, image, and stage every device before shipment
- Install, mount, and aim readers, antennas, and printers
- Validate capture at each point rather than only at the rack
- Run the integration smoke test with your system owner
- Train the shift that will use it and document the as-built state
What you provide
- Power, network drops, and mounting rights at each location
- Dock, line, or floor access windows that suit the operation
- Site safety induction, badging, and escorts where required
- A named site contact who can make decisions during the install
- Acceptance sign-off against the agreed criteria
When something stops working
Arrowhead owns the installed capture point until acceptance. After acceptance, response is governed by the onsite maintenance agreement or the Zebra service program covering that device.
Technologies supported
- Fixed and handheld RFID readers, antennas, and portals
- Barcode scanners, wearables, and mobile computers
- Industrial, desktop, and mobile printers
- Vehicle mounts, docks, and charging infrastructure
- Mobi software configuration included in the approved deployment
Where this is delivered
Relevant Mobi software
Devices covers the connections brought online during the rollout. Mobi Inventory and Integrations are configured to the scope the deployment approved.
Current limits: Configuration stays inside supported settings. Customers do not change core product code or production data during a rollout.

What the proof actually shows
Every claim below is labeled with who produced it. Arrowhead delivering a system, a vendor publishing a result from another partner's deployment, a credential a third party issued us, software we run ourselves, a capability we offer, and a direction we have not shipped are different things, and they are labeled differently.
- General capability
Devices are staged, imaged, and kitted in Chandler so install day is an installation rather than a build.
Describes Arrowhead's standard rollout method for every deployment; not a published customer result.

Curtiss-Wright cut production order processing from 7 days to 24 hours with a site-wide RFID system.
Arrowhead delivered the system with Xemelgo and Zebra Technologies. Xemelgo supplied the tracking software, not Mobi. Results are published by Zebra Technologies.
