We're an authorized Zebra Elite Service Center and enterprise technology integrator based in Chandler, Arizona — a tight-knit team that does serious technical work for national accounts.

What we do

Arrowhead designs and deploys barcode, RFID, and mobile computing solutions — then backs them up with in-house depot repair, Next Business Day onsite service, and custom software integration. We work with Zebra Technologies as an Elite Service Center, which means we're factory-authorized to repair the full Zebra device portfolio: printers, mobile computers, scanners, and RFID infrastructure. Our label lab preprints barcode, RFID, and color labels for customers nationwide.

Roles we hire for

We're a small company that punches above its weight — everyone here wears multiple hats and works across the full customer lifecycle:

• Sales & Solutions Engineering — identifying customer needs, specifying RFID and mobility systems, and closing enterprise deals with manufacturers, hospitals, and 3PLs.
• Field & Depot Service Technicians — performing onsite installations, maintenance, and depot repair of Zebra printers, mobile computers, and scanners at our Chandler, AZ facility.
• Software & Integration Engineers — building API integrations, Zebra data-capture workflows, and Mobi software.
• Operations & Inside Sales — quoting, order management, vendor coordination, and customer support across ScanSource, Zebra, and our label-lab supply chain.

Working at Arrowhead

You'll work on real enterprise deployments — healthcare pharmacies using RFID to track medications, logistics operations scanning thousands of shipments daily, manufacturers tracking assets across multi-building facilities. We're based in Chandler, AZ with technicians and engineers who work both locally and nationwide.
