Controlled Release · Mobi software by Arrowhead

Know what you have, where it was observed, and what needs attention.

Mobi Inventory brings item records, counts, RFID and barcode observations, reporting, printing, devices, and integrations into one supported operational environment.

  • Flagship operational product
  • Workflow and data scope confirmed before evaluation
  • Hardware, integration, deployment, and support by Arrowhead
Controlled Release

Built for controlled inventory work

Intended for operations, inventory, warehouse, and integration teams evaluating a supported physical inventory workflow.

Data mode: Customer operational data in approved environments.

Supported evaluation scope

  • Item and identifier records required by the approved workflow
  • Counts and RFID or barcode observations within the supported release
  • Reports, printing, devices, and integrations explicitly included in scope
  • User, permission, facility, and location requirements documented during discovery
  • Training, support, and release boundaries owned by Arrowhead

An RFID read is evidence. It is not automatically inventory truth.

The deployment must connect the observation to approved operational context before a result becomes part of the business workflow.

01

Observation

EPC or barcode · reader · antenna · signal · time

02

Operational context

Item · expected state · location · workflow · business system

03

Reviewed result

A supported outcome reviewed or approved under the deployment rules

Hardware is part of the product outcome

Reader, scanner, printer, tag, antenna, connectivity, configuration, and staging choices determine the quality of the observation Mobi Inventory receives.

Plan the RFID system

Integration starts with system ownership

Technical discovery identifies which system owns the business record and how approved events, files, APIs, webhooks, and mappings move between systems.

Discuss Integration

Current release

Adaptation stays inside approved boundaries

The evaluation defines which fields, views, reports, roles, workflows, devices, and integrations are supported. Anything outside that documented scope is not represented as generally available.

Future Direction

Customer-directed. Arrowhead-governed.

Governed Extensions describes a future model for reviewed, tested, approved, organization-specific changes. It is not currently presented as available functionality.

Discuss the Roadmap

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Mobi Inventory generally available?

Mobi Inventory is currently Controlled Release. Arrowhead confirms the workflow, device, integration, data, and support scope before an evaluation.

Does an RFID read automatically change inventory?

No. An RFID read is an observation. The deployment must define the item, location or workflow context, expected state, review rules, and approved business result.

Does Mobi Inventory support multi-facility stock balances?

True per-location and multi-facility stock balances are not represented as generally available. Current facility and location requirements are reviewed during discovery.

What hardware works with Mobi Inventory?

Hardware is confirmed per deployment. Arrowhead evaluates supported Zebra handheld or fixed RFID readers, barcode scanners, printers, tags, connectivity, and staging requirements.

Evaluate Mobi Inventory against the work you actually run

Bring the items, locations, devices, current records, and workflow. Arrowhead will document what the current release supports and what the evaluation must prove.
