Can you match an existing label or design a new one?

Both. Our in-house design team can replicate a label you already use — facestock, adhesive, ribbon, and layout — or engineer a new one from scratch. You approve a proof and physical sample before full production.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

For in-stock sizes and materials there is no minimum, so you can order exactly what you need. Custom media and shapes may carry a minimum depending on construction — we confirm before you commit.

What is the difference between direct thermal and thermal transfer?

Direct thermal prints with heat directly onto heat-sensitive media (no ribbon) and is ideal for short-life labels like shipping. Thermal transfer uses a ribbon to produce durable, long-life prints that resist heat, chemicals, and abrasion.

For thermal transfer, durability comes from matching the right wax, wax-resin, or resin ribbon to the facestock — not the facestock alone. We pair them for you so labels survive abrasion, heat, and chemicals.
