Zebra Printer Repair — Fast, Certified, Nationwide
Factory-authorized depot and onsite repair for supported Zebra printers, performed by Zebra Advanced Printer Repair Specialists using genuine OEM parts.

How Zebra Printer Repair Works
A straightforward 5-step process with no surprises — we quote before we touch anything, and we don't return a printer until it passes our full quality check.
- 1
Submit
Request service online or call 1-877-437-3028. Tell us the model, serial number, and symptoms so we can confirm coverage and provide return instructions.
- 2
Ship or Drop Off
Ship the unit to our Chandler, AZ depot (prepaid label available) or drop it off in person. Arizona customers can also request an onsite technician visit for large-format or high-volume printers.
- 3
Diagnose & Quote
Our Zebra-certified technician diagnoses the printer, provides a written estimate, and waits for your approval before any work begins.
- 4
Repair & Test
We use only genuine Zebra OEM parts. After repair, the unit runs a full print-quality and calibration test. Industrial printers are tested at rated throughput; RFID units include encode verification.
- 5
Return or Reinstall
We ship your repaired printer back (2-day standard; overnight available) or our technician reinstalls it onsite and validates production print quality before leaving.

What this service actually covers
The operational problem
A Zebra printer stops printing or stops encoding, and the label the pallet, specimen, or work order needs does not exist. Everything downstream of that label waits.
Scope
In-house repair of Zebra ZT, ZD, ZQ, ZE, and legacy series printers, including RFID printer-encoders, at the Chandler, Arizona depot.
What you receive
- Diagnosis of the print, media path, or encoding failure
- A quote before any work is performed
- Printhead, platen, roller, and board replacement with OEM parts
- RFID encoder verification on RFID-capable models
- Test prints at the density the application requires before return
What Arrowhead is responsible for
- Diagnose the printer against its serial number and service history
- Quote before work starts and verify warranty or plan eligibility
- Repair with OEM parts by Zebra-certified technicians
- Verify print quality and RFID encoding before the unit leaves
- Return the printer and support the repair afterwards
What you provide
- Ship or drop off the printer with its serial number
- Send a media and ribbon sample so print quality is tested on your stock
- Describe the failure and the format that was running
- Approve the quote
When something stops working
Arrowhead diagnoses the printer, the media, and the format together, because a print failure is frequently a media or format mismatch rather than a broken printer. Timing depends on model, failure, parts, approval, and coverage.
Technologies supported
- Zebra ZT series industrial printers
- Zebra ZD series desktop printers
- Zebra ZQ series mobile printers
- Zebra ZE print engines
- RFID-capable printer-encoders
- Legacy Zebra printers assessed on request
Where this is delivered
Relevant Mobi software
Where the format itself is the problem, Print Studio is where the layout and ZPL are corrected, and Mobi Print covers mobile printing to supported Zebra printers.
Current limits: Print Studio is a Preview capability requiring production validation. Repair itself is a hardware service and does not include software licensing.

Why Choose Arrowhead for Zebra Repairs?
Any shop can replace a printhead. An authorized Elite Service Center does it right, with the credentials to back it up.
Factory Authorization
We're a Zebra Elite Service Center and Authorized Service Provider — one of fewer authorized by Zebra. That means we can verify warranty options, access Zebra's technical support escalation, and order genuine OEM parts directly. Third-party repair shops can't do any of that.
35+ Years of AIDC Expertise
Founded in 1989, Arrowhead has been a Zebra partner since 1999. Our technicians have seen every failure mode across every Zebra product generation. That institutional knowledge means faster diagnosis, fewer return-to-depot events, and repairs that actually hold.
Enterprise Integration Depth
Unlike a standalone repair depot, Arrowhead also integrates Zebra printers into ERP, WMS, and labeling software. If your repair uncovers a configuration or integration issue, we can fix that too — not just swap the part and ship it back.
What the proof actually shows
Every claim below is labeled with who produced it. Arrowhead delivering a system, a vendor publishing a result from another partner's deployment, a credential a third party issued us, software we run ourselves, a capability we offer, and a direction we have not shipped are different things, and they are labeled differently.
- Accredited capability
Zebra printer repairs are performed by a Zebra-certified Advanced Printer Repair Specialist in Arrowhead's own facility.
The certification is issued by Zebra Technologies and held by Arrowhead technicians; the work is not subcontracted. This is a credential rather than a customer outcome.
