Ship the unit to our Chandler, AZ depot (prepaid label available) or drop it off in person. Arizona customers can also request an onsite technician visit for large-format or high-volume printers.

Our Zebra-certified technician diagnoses the printer, provides a written estimate within one business day, and waits for your approval before any work begins. No surprise charges.

Repair & Test
We use only genuine Zebra OEM parts. After repair, the unit runs a full print-quality and calibration test. Industrial printers are tested at rated throughput; RFID units include encode verification.
